I have been a qualified HR Professional for several years having held chartered status with CIPD as a fellow since 2006. I have worked for SME’s (Small Medium Size Businesses, large UK and Global businesses for over 30 years with several years of HR experience working in the Private and Public Sectors covering Engineering, IT, Education and Financial Markets.
At the heart of what I do is HR, employment relations, engagement, training, business change and dealing with Directors, Senior Operational and Leadership Management including coaching at all levels. I have frequently been described as a trusted and inspirational business partner/professional.
